What to do?

So what does RSL do to fix its losing woes? It is so painful to see that better play + better players + better end game stats = same old results. I don't even know what to say, but as fans we can only hope that there is still something great to come with these guys...or we can do what a few RSL faithful did to cope and follow a zen like state called EmbraTSU or Embrace The Suckiness.

On a happier note for soccer in general Seattle has its official name of Seattle Sounders FC. The Seattle Front Office did a fan poll in which they let their supporters vote on the team name. Sounders wasn't even an option, but even as a write in scored 50% of the vote. In response the owners at Seattle listened to the fans. It is early, but so far Seattle has had everything go right for them. If our front office gave any credence to fan voting we would be cheering on the Utah Highlanders...I still love that name. And in truth I have come to embrace Real Salt Lake in all of its poseur glory, but I have to try and avoid thinking of what could have been.

Well congrats to Seattle fans...and more mourning for RSL fans. Our day has to come...doesn't it?
